On Things that are New

A lot of things are brand new in the Yellow House!
 

New Granite Countertops throughout the house, newer carpet, faucets, light fixtures,
and etc, as well as some of the appliances in the kitchen. 
The entire house, interior and exterior, was painted within the last 6 months.
There is a brand new air conditioner. 

 

This is the new manabloc.

 Newer water softener.

 New water heaters.  And, two of them!



On the Floor Plan

The Yellow house has a delightful family friendly floor plan. 

And, of course, the most important thing is that the laundry room is on the second floor with all of the bedrooms.  It is shocking how many homes in Utah have a basement laundry! 

This makes life so much easier. 

On Storage

The Yellow house is very fortunate in the storage area.

All of the closets have built in shelves.

The house has a large cold storage room and extra shelving in the furnace room. 

 

 

 

The garage also has shelves built all along the walls with additional room for a upright freezer...which is included in the house!

 The Garage also has a built in work bench with a peg board and lots of hooks to hang tools. 

 

There is also a shed out back for additional storage
